Alan is a Software Architect at Hammerspace, and has 35 years experience developing operating systems, clusters, distributed systems, file systems and network file protocols (NFS, SMB, S3). Alan led the Windows interoperability group, and Solaris SMB development, at Sun Microsystems, and has worked on multiple NAS products across the industry.
